About IBA Mountain Homes
IBA Mountain Homes was formed in 2005 by Karin and Jim Elliott. Both are full-time residents of Big Canoe. While IBA lists and sells real estate across North Georgia, our focus is on the Big Canoe Community.
When IBA Mountain Homes was originally formed, our concept was to offer all the benefits of a full service real estate brokerage for a discounted commission. Our discounted commissions have saved homeowners thousands of dollars.
IBA Mountain Homes uses web based advertising extensively. IBA’s blog , Life in Big Canoe, Real Estate in the Mountains was the first independent blog to discuss real estate and lifestyle issues in the Big Canoe Community. Our blog continues today, and prospective North Georgia home buyers as well as residents still find it a useful and interesting resource.
